ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By Navlungo Lojistik ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Navlungo" or "Company") in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the provisions of the relevant legislation, in accordance with the Customer/Prospective Customer Clarification Text submitted for my information pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Legislation,

I declare that I have been informed through the Customer/Prospective Customer and Customer Employee Clarification Text in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Legislation and that I have read and understood the aforementioned clarification text,

• Except for and not limited to the situations listed in the Clarification Text; with the purpose of fulfilling the Company's legitimate interests and contractual obligations, to process my personal data by the Company within the framework of our Company's policies and procedures to public institutions and organizations, banks, audit institutions, and other third parties where transfer is legally mandatory, for the purposes of continuation of the commercial relationship, performance of the contract, performance of the employment contract, presentation, execution, and development of our services within the scope of Company activities, meeting demands, ensuring compliance with our procedures, internal reporting, and internal audit purposes, and to transfer it to companies from which the Company receives services on technical and administrative issues,

• In case of my request, due to my use of the support and call centers provided by the Company, that both the telephone conversation records and e-mails, as well as all records regarding the services I am to receive, are stored by the Company,

• Within the scope of the Agreement I have signed with the Company, for my information at the payment stage to be transferred to the secure payment systems from which the Company receives services in order for the contract to be established and performed, and for the payment to be made through secure systems,

• Due to the commercial/contractual relationship with the Company, that my identity data, communication data, customer transaction, transaction security, and marketing data are transferred to information technology service providers located abroad and to other service providers with whom cooperation is made, because the third parties from whom the Company receives support (server, hosting, program, cloud computing) in areas such as storage, archiving, marketing, information technologies are located abroad and/or the technical infrastructures/servers they use are located abroad, for the purposes of presenting, executing, developing services within the scope of Company activities, and meeting demands,

• In order for the bidding processes to be managed by the Company as the carrier or the shipper, that my contact information, including e-mail and phone number, is shared with the opposing bidding party,

• As the shipper within the framework of my business partnership with the Company, that the content information of my cargo shipped through Navlungo is obtained by the Company due to the Company's legal obligation and will be stored for a period of 5 years following the completion of the transportation process,

knowingly and voluntarily consent to the above.
